Blandford Comptoir Marylebone
Mediterranean cuisine & fine wine in the heart of Marylebone.
Opened by noted restaurateur and sommelier Xavier Rousset, Blandford Comptoir serves Italian-influenced dishes served alongside a 300-bottle wine list in an intimate dining room in London’s buzzy Marylebone neighbourhood.
In this project, we supplied and installed dining chairs and bespoke table tops for use throughout the restaurant. Starting with the chairs, we decided to use our Joe Side Chair, featuring a metal frame with distinctive square section detail. These were fully upholstered in beautiful leather in contrasting teal and saffron hues.
Our Sonny Side Chair was also supplied, also with a metal frame but in this case fully upholstered in a sunburst orange fabric. We also created bespoke fixed seating and bar stools, upholstered to complement the wider design scheme.
Bespoke table tops, which were made from exquisite solid marble, in both black and white, complete the look. Each table top features either a copper or brass edging around the perimeter to give a stunning, high-end finish.
