Bespoke Bench Seating

After being approached by Jones Architecture + Design and St. Fagans Museum in Cardiff, we were appointed to create a bespoke bench seating. The challenge was to create a modular system that would be easy to move, durable and able to adapt to various needs of the space. Going back to basics, we played with paper cutouts to ensure the versatility of the items. The initial sample seating was produced and tested by the client and after a few little changes, the final seating was produced. The mix of benches with and without back and arms in warm colour palette makes the seats very functional and perfect for a busy museum environment.
