Burger & Lobster, Brighton

Our latest project saw us working once again with Burger & Lobster, this time heading to Brighton for the opening of the restaurant group’s newest site. 

Like the other locations, this restaurant is a busy, buzzy spot, serving up great food and cocktails just moments from Brighton Beach

In our previous projects working with Burger & Lobster on refurbishments and new openings across London, we supplied our Chloe side chair and bespoke tables; both feature once again, with the popular chair supplied here with a bespoke buttoned detail which works brilliantly with the burgundy, smoke and olive green leather to give a contemporary clubby feel.

Our Yu side chair is a great choice for contemporary restaurants and bars - combining the lightness of wood with the comfort of a cushioned seat. It looks fantastic in situ here in the restaurant group’s brand new Brighton location. We upholstered the seat in leather and the back in velvet - both super-durable and super-stylish in a soft damask rose colour. 

The chairs look great alongside our bespoke tables which feature a top made from beautiful modern white marble with metallic copper veins - a really special design detail which gives this restaurant interior an edge.

Our Tub chair looks great in this new location - we supplied it for the programme of refurbishments across the restaurant group’s sites in London and think it works perfectly here too, upholstered in deep red leather.

Guests can also take a seat at the Burger & Lobster bar - our Sophie high stool is a great choice for a bar or restaurant interior. Compact and comfortable, it brings together classic styling with a contemporary edge - a perfect spot to sit and enjoy oysters and champagne just a stone’s throw from Brighton Beach.
