Furniture for a modern sushi restaurant bringing colour and character to Clerkenwell.
Our latest project took us to the heart of Clerkenwell. Here SaSa Sushi brings a refined yet welcoming atmosphere to London's dining scene. The design brief focused on creating a contemporary space that balances comfort, durability and style, creating the perfect backdrop for authentic Japanese cuisine.
To achieve the authentic feel we supplied our Camille solid beech frame side chairs upholstered in a hyacinth faux leather. Their clean silhouette and subtle upholstery add an elegant feel whilst ensure customer comfort.
Complementing the dining area, our Lora bar stools upholstered in Indigo faux leather on cobalt blue beech frames, add a pop of colour, tying in with SaSa Sushi's modern branding.
For comfortable dining we provided a combination of solid ash tops, finished in a light oak and paired with black metal bases, aligning with the Authentic Japanese Restaurant style.
The carefully curated furniture palette enhances the restaurants contemporary Japanese aesthetic, balancing warm tones with bold upholstered seating, creating a harmonious and inviting dining environment.
The overall interior was intentionally held back in terms of boldness, allowing clean lines and neutral tones to set a calm, understated backdrop. This minimal approach developed a balanced aesthetic with pops of colour creating a stronger visual impact.
