Thistle Holborn & Bloomsbury
Modern furniture for two historic hotel buildings in central London.
We were delighted to have the opportunity to work with Thistle Hotels again recently, following on from our other successful projects with the group, including Heathrow T5. Our latest collaboration took us to not one but two stunning hotels in the heart of London, supplying furniture for the restaurants, lounges and bedrooms.
The hotels located in Bloomsbury and Holborn, ideally situated for London's top attractions, are elegant Edwardian buildings full of history and beautifully preserved features. High ceilings, arches, columns, and stained-glass windows provided the perfect backdrop for our stylish furniture.
Our Glow Sofa, Lucy Armchair and bespoke low stools, set around our Ramis Coffee Table, create comfortable and stylish lounge spaces. The woven fabrics in sand and denim-blue shades, with the rich emeralds of the Lucy chair, add plenty of visual interest, while the modern silhouettes create a striking contrast against the traditional features of the room.
Elsewhere in the lounges, our Lucy Bar Stool complements high bar tables with its sleek design. Upholstered in a luxurious emerald tone, it works perfectly against the room's blue décor.
The Lucy Armchair and Lucy Side Chair create elegant dining spaces within the hotels. The Lucy range is a great choice for any hospitality interior - supplied for this area in jewel-toned colours in faux leathers and textured linen-look fabrics.
The hotel bedrooms offer a home-from-home look and feel, so our Carter Lounge Chair, upholstered in textured denim-blue, was a perfect choice. With its generous dimensions, it's the perfect spot for guests to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
